How to use?
Preparation before operation:
1,Park the car indoors to avoid sunlight.
2,Clean up the damaged part. There must be no water, dust, glass slag, etc.
Operation Steps:
1,Fixed bracket. Install the pressure cylinder. Tighten the pressure cylinder until it is completely in contact with the glass.
2,Drop glass repair fluid. Install the pressure bar. Wait patiently for 10-20 minutes to allow the glass repair fluid to slowly penetrate into the crack.
3,Observe the penetration effect. After the infiltration is completed, remove bracket.
4,Cover the cured film. Drip a few drops of the repair fluid to the damaged area and quickly cover the cured film and smoothing it.
5,Curing repair solution. Use the UV flashlight irradiate about 20 minuts.
6,Remove the the cured film. Use a blade to gently scrape off excess solids from the surface.
After all of this, you will get a intact windshield.
Precautions:
1,Better to operate indoor or at night.
2,Ensure that the glass repair fluid is completely permeated.Inside the car to observe the effect of penetration.If the effect is not good enough, repeatedly tighten and unscrew the pressure bar to pressurize until it is completely infiltrated.
3,The old crack is not easy to clean, the repair effect is not good.
4,The car windshield repair kit works best on round damage not more than one inch in diameter, and cracks not longer than 12 inches.
5,NOT work for crack,which is too many or too long, the damage range too large,crack is located windshield inner layer, crack near the edge of the glass, damage to more than one layer of glass.
6, The earlier the repair, the better the effect.
